We want you to live with your Daayraa pieces for years. If something isn't right, we're happy to accept a return.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition
Items must be returned unused and unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Pieces that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.
Return shipping is on us
We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll share the details for sending your piece back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return your original piece for a refund and place a new order.
A note on natural materials
Our pieces are made from natural materials by hand, so small variations are part of them. Our stoles are naturally dyed and handwoven, and slight differences in colour, texture, and finish come with the craft. Our leather is a natural material too, and marks, grain, and subtle variations in tone are unique to each hide. None of these are defects, they're what makes every Daayraa piece one of a kind, and they'll only deepen as the piece is worn and kept.
